Learning & Development leader with 14+ years across Canada, the USA, the UK, Ireland, India, and Australia, specialising in learning consultation, solutions design, onboarding, and sales enablement.
I'm Azim Meghani, a Learning & Development leader and consultant based in Mississauga, Ontario. For 14+ years I've designed and led learning programs for teams in Canada, the USA, the UK, Ireland, India, and Australia, at organisations including SOTI Inc., Teleperformance, Tech Mahindra Business Services, Lumo Energy.
I design and lead learning programs that help people get up to speed faster, perform with confidence, and deliver measurable results, across six countries.
I start with the business problem, not the course. That means finding the real performance gap, building the learning that closes it, and measuring the result against the KPIs that matter to you, such as ramp-up time, sales, handling time, or adoption of a new tool.
